Nitro Z18 Problems - Jumping on plane, cavitation and/or slip don’t seem to be any problems. I get some porpoising when coming down to low speed planing around 3500 rpm, but nothing adjusting. Well it been 5 weeks since i have started the purchase of my 2025 nitro z18, and i'm still waiting. Well they forgot to order the brackets for the power poles, then. There’s a good chance in the coming months that i will be in the market for either a nitro z18 or z19 and i would love to hear some honest opinions on both. Having key switch or starter problem. Under warranty but 2 key switches later and today putting in a new starter. Has anyone heard of these same problems along the boat line?. New to the group, i bought a 2025 z18 and having some issue. Also when running and i trim the motor up it. I've recently found a couple of concerning issues with my z18. These are relevant to the rear port side. First, i noticed a gasoline odor when raising the rear compartment cover. Upon further inspection i found the fuel line (5/8 suction line) clamp loose and stripped. When i bought my 2025, z18, i got the tandem trailer. Nitro might be using oil bath hubs on some trailers?? I do not have a ton of hours on the motor, but have spent a lot of time on the water and have had zero issues. Only problems we have had is the interstate agm cranking battery and some leaks around the livewell pumps. Worked with bps to solve those. I took the pump inserts.
